Flow from your inner experience in a cleansing and enlivening practice, respectfully adapted from the sequencing of Ashtanga Vinyasa. We will practice from a perspective of inner structures and organizations (organs, bones, fascia, glands, chakras, koshas) to witness prana flow weave breath, body, and spirit into a place of love and devotion.
